As promised, here’s my delicious and healthy APPLE PIE 🍎🥧 It uses the same olive oil crust recipe that I recently posted for the pumpkin pie. This pie is loaded with a delicious mix of Gala and Granny Smith apples!! Recipe down below⬇️

Apple Pie Filling:
– 5 cups diced apples (peeled)
– 2 tablespoons cornstarch
– 1/4 cup maple syrup
– 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
– 1 tablespoon cinnamon
– 1/2 tablespoon nutmeg
– Juice of 1/2 lemon
Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Make the pie crust and roll it flat on a clean surface. Line the greased pie plate with the crust, trim the edges, and shape into a pie crust. Make the filling and allow it to simmer on the stove for 15 minutes or until semi-soft. Pour the apple filling into the pie dish and use the extra pie crust to make desired shapes for design. Bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy!!😋
