Blueberry peach overnight oats:
– 1 cup oats
– 3/4 cup almond milk
– 1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
– 1 tablespoon chia seeds
– 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Toppings:
– Chopped peaches
– Blueberries
– Honey
– Shredded coconut
– Chia seeds
Mix together the overnight oats ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Add toppings.
