Maple Banana Walnut Muffins:
– 3 large ripe mashed bananas
– 1/4 cup maple syrup
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon
– 1/2 cup almond milk
– 1 tablespoon organic milled flax seeds
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 2 teaspoons baking powder
– 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
– 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Topping:
– Chopped walnuts
– Oats
