Craving donuts? Introducing my healthy BAKED DONUT HOLES 🍩🍩🍩 in three classic flavors: blueberry, chocolate, and vanilla. They’re a delightful treat that’s easy to make! Recipe down below ⬇️

Baked Doughnut Holes:

Dough:
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 2 teaspoons baking powder
– 2 teaspoons maple syrup
– 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
Blueberry Flavor:
– Mashed frozen blueberries (Add more flour if dough is too wet)
Chocolate Flavor:
– Cocoa powder
– Mini chocolate chips
Glaze:
– 1/4 cup powdered sugar
– 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 teaspoon almond milk
Preheat the oven to 325 Β°F. Mix all the ingredients for the dough in a large bowl until doughy. Split the dough into thirds and mix the ingredients for each flavor into the dough. Roll the dough into balls and place each one into a greased mini muffin tin. Bake for 18 minutes. Make the glaze and coat each donut hole. Enjoy!!πŸ˜‹
