Excited to present to you another amazingly delicious granola recipe!! This CRANBERRY APRICOT ALMOND GRANOLA πŸ‡πŸ‘ is sooo easy to make, and it’s a great snack for an on-the-go, busy kind of day! Cranberry Apricot Almond Granola:
– 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
– 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon
– 1/2 cup sliced almonds
– 2 tablespoons chia seeds
– 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
– 1 cup oats
Add-ins (after baking):
– Chopped dried apricots
– Dried cranberries
– Sliced almonds
Preheat the oven to 350 Β°F. Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and spread the granola mixture flat on the paper. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Add in the dried apricots, dried cranberries, and more sliced almonds. Enjoy!!πŸ˜‹
