Parmesan Adobo Crusted Tilapia:
– 1 lb. of tilapia filets
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 2/3 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
– 2 teaspoons Adobo seasoning
– 1 tablespoon dried basil
Preheat the oven to 400 Β°F. Pour the olive oil and the rest of the ingredients in separate bowls. Coat each filet in the olive oil and then in the seasoning mixture. Place the fish on baking pans lined with aluminum foil. Bake for 10 minutes. Then, broil for 3 minutes 8 inches away. It’s amazing served over rice!! For the sugar snap peas, steam them in half an inch of water for about 5 minutes or until soft and season as you’d like!! Enjoy!πŸ˜‹
