Happy Friday!! How is it Friday again?! The weeks just seem to be going faster and faster! Excited to jump start the weekend with these healthy, homemade GARLIC KNOTS🧄🥖 They’re the perfect recipe to share with family and friends! Trust me, they won’t last long😉 Recipe down below⬇️

Garlic Knots:

Dough:
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 2 teaspoons dried basil
– 1 teaspoon honey
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 2 teaspoons baking powder
– 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
– 1 tablespoon almond milk
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
Coating:
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1/4 teaspoons salt
– 1 teaspoon dried basil
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon dried parsley
– 2 large garlic cloves minced
Sprinkle:
– Grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Mix together all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl. Roll about 6-inch-long by 1/2-inch-wide rope. Make them into knots and fold the ends inside the knot. Place the knots in a greased baking dish. Brush with olive oil and bake for 25 minutes. Prepare the olive oil coating and brush over the garlic knots. Sprinkle the tops with Parmesan cheese. Serve warm and enjoy!!😋
