Happy Friday!! If you’re looking for a simple and healthy no-bake recipe to help you finish the week strong, try this CHOCOLATE WALNUT PROTEIN FUDGE 🍫🥜 Made with a delicious mixture of natural nut/seed butters and chocolate protein powder, and loaded with heart- and brain-healthy walnuts, it’s simply irresistible!! Recipe down below ⬇️

Chocolate Walnut Protein Fudge:
– 3/4 cup chocolate whey protein powder
– 2 tablespoons 100% cocoa powder
– 1/4 cup almond milk
– 1/2 cup natural nut/seed butter of choice (I mixed almond, peanut, and sun butter)
– 1/8 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
– 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Topping:
– Chopped walnuts
– Dark chocolate drizzle
Mix all the ingredients for the fudge in a bowl. Line a 7×5 container with parchment paper and press the fudge into the container. Press more walnuts into the top and drizzle with melted dark chocolate. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until the chocolate has set. Enjoy!!😋
