Happy Friday! Let’s celebrate today with these delicious and healthy COOKIE DOUGH BLACK BEAN PROTEIN BROWNIES 🍫🍪 They’re a great treat after a tough workout or whenever you’re craving a rich, chocolatey treat that’s still nutritious and high in protein. The quad squad just couldn’t get enough of these😋

Cookie dough black bean protein brownies:

Brownie:
– 1 1/2 cups oats
– 1/2 cup chocolate whey protein powder
– 1/2 cup almond milk
– 15.5 oz of black beans
– 3 teaspoons baking powder
– 1/2 cup 100% cocoa powder
– 1/4 cup maple syrup
– 2 teaspoons olive oil
– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Cookie dough:
– 3 cups oats
– 3/4 cup almond milk
– 1/2 cup natural almond butter
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
– 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place all brownie ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour batter into an 8×8 square baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30 minutes. For the cookie dough layer, blend the oats into oat flour. Mix the rest of the cookie dough ingredients with the oat flour. Once the brownies are done baking, allow to cool. Press the cookie dough layer on top of the brownie layer until evenly distributed. Keep refrigerated.
