Happy Friday!!! So excited to introduce a little twist to this classic treat!! If you have too many ripe bananas, make this delicious CHOCOLATE CHIP COCONUT BANANA BREAD 🥥🍫🍌 It’s so easy to make and only takes 30 minutes to bake!! Recipe down below⬇️

Chocolate Chip Coconut Banana Bread:
– 4 ripe mashed bananas
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup almond milk
– 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
– 3 cups oats
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
– 3/4 cup chocolate chips (more for topping)
– 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut shredded and/or flakes (more for topping)
Preheat oven to 350 °F. Mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl and pour the batter into a greased 9×13 baking dish. Add more toppings and bake for 30 minutes. I highly recommend serving while still warm and melty!! Enjoy anytime of the day!😋
