Happy Happy Monday!! These CHOCOLATE PRETZEL PISTACHIO PROTEIN BARS 🍫🥨 are absolutely amazing! This energy-boosting treat is filling because it’s packed with healthy fats and protein. It makes a great pre- or post-workout snack. It’s also a great way to satisfy your sweet and salty tooth. Pistachios are high in fiber, protein, and antioxidants, and make a great heart-healthy snack. So delicious!!!😋 Recipe down below!⬇️

Chocolate pretzel pistachio protein bars:
– 1 1/2 cups crushed pretzels
– 1 1/2 cups oats
– 3/4 cup sliced plain almonds
– 3/4 cup lightly salted pistachios
– 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup chocolate whey protein powder
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 3/4 cup almond butter
– 1/4 cup almond milk
Toppings:
– Dark chocolate (I used 90% cocoa)
– Pretzels
– Crushed pistachio
– White chocolate drizzle
First, put the oats and almonds in a powerful blender or food processor and blend until it becomes flour. Pour the flour into a large bowl. Put the pistachios in the blender and pulse until they break apart into large crumbs. Pour those into the bowl and mix the rest of the protein bar ingredients together. Line an 8×8 square pan with parchment paper and press the dough into the pan until evenly distributed. Melt dark chocolate, pour a layer over the top, and spread evenly. Push small pretzels into the top and sprinkle more mini chocolate chips and crushed pistachios. Lastly, melt white chocolate and drizzle on top.
