Happy Valentine’s Day!❤️ Roses are red. Violets are blue. These MARBLE RASPBERRY DONUT HOLES💗🍩 are the perfect Valentine treat for you! It’s a marbled chocolate and vanilla baked donut hole filled with a sweet raspberry jelly filling, topped with a smooth white chocolate glaze! Recipe down below⬇️

Marble Raspberry Donut Holes:

Vanilla dough:
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
– 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon baking soda
– 2 teaspoons baking powder
– 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
Chocolate dough:
– 1/3 of the vanilla dough
– 2 teaspoon 100% cocoa powder
Raspberry filling:
– 1/2 cup sliced fresh raspberries
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup water with 2 teaspoons cornstarch
– 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
– 1/4 cup melted white chocolate
– 2 teaspoons almond milk
– 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Mix together all the ingredients for the vanilla dough in a bowl. Separate about 1/3 of the vanilla dough to make the chocolate dough. To make the donut holes, roll some of the vanilla and chocolate dough together to form 1-inch balls. Place each ball in a greased mini muffin tin. Bake for 15 minutes. To make the raspberry filling, add the ingredients to a small pot on the stove on medium heat. Mash and stir the ingredients together for a few minutes until it becomes jelly. Allow the jelly to cool and scoop it into a piping bag with a filling tip. Insert the filling tip into the bottoms of each donut hole and squeeze some jelly into it. Make the glaze and dunk the tops of the donut holes until covered. Enjoy!!😋
