Happy Workout Wednesday! Almond Joys are one of my favorite candies so I decided to make this delicious ALMOND JOY PROTEIN GRANOLA 🥥🍫 It’s great to have as breakfast, snack, or a topping on your favorite smoothie, yogurt, or ice cream 😋 I made a big batch for my family and it disappeared so quickly! Recipe down below⬇️

Almond joy protein granola:
– 2 cups oats
– 1/2 cup chocolate whey protein powder
– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 cup plain sliced almonds
– 2 tablespoons chia seeds
– 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
– 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
– 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
– 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
Add-ins:
– 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
– More coconut flakes
Preheat the oven to 325 °F. Mix together all the ingredients and spread out on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25 minutes. Allow to cool and add in more coconut flakes and chocolate chips. Enjoy!!!
