Happy Workout Wednesday and happy 2 days till Christmas!!πŸŽ„πŸŽ…πŸ» Continuing our countdown with these simple, yet delicious PEPPERMINT BARK PROTEIN TRUFFLES❀️🀍🍫 Every bite provides good protein with that classic holiday flavor we love, and is excellent for pre- or post-workout!!πŸ’ͺ Recipe down below⬇️

Peppermint Bark Protein Truffles:
– 1/4 cup natural almond butter
– 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
– 1/2 cup chocolate whey protein powder
– 2 tablespoons 100% cocoa powder
– 1/2 cup almond milk
– 2 1/2 cups oat flour
Topping:
– Melted dark chocolate
– Melted white chocolate
– Crushed candy cane
Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl and roll the dough into balls. Coat each one in either melted dark or white chocolate and allow to dry. Drizzle each ball with the opposite colored chocolate and sprinkle some crushed candy cane. Enjoy!!πŸ˜‹
