Happy Workout Wednesday! Time for another amazing snack recipe to fuel you during a busy week! These DARK CHOCOLATE TRAIL MIX PROTEIN BARS ๐Ÿซ๐ŸŒฐ๐Ÿฅœ๐Ÿ‡ are sooo delicious and super quick to make because theyโ€™re no-bake. They make the perfect on-the-go, pre-workout, or post-workout snack. Recipe down belowโฌ‡๏ธ

Dark Chocolate Trail Mix Protein Bars:
– 1/2 cup natural almond butter
– 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
– 1/4 cup honey
– 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
– 1/4 cup chocolate whey protein powder
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1 1/2 cups oats
– 1 cup rice crispy cereal
– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
– 1 tablespoon organic milled flax seeds
– 1 1/4 cups mixed nuts crushed (I used roasted cashews, almonds, and peanuts)
– 1/4 cup roasted pumpkin seeds
– 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
– 1/2 cup raisins
– 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Topping:
– Dark chocolate drizzle
Mix together all the ingredients for the bars in a bowl and press the mixture into an 8×8 square container lined with wax paper. Freeze for 5-10 minutes or until firm. Cut into bars and drizzle with melted dark chocolate. Keeping them frozen helps hold them together and helps them stay fresh longer. Enjoy!!๐Ÿ˜‹
