Look at all those chickens!! 😍 Love this BAKED CHICKEN PARM 🍝 It’s healthier because it’s baked, instead of fried. It uses heart-healthy olive oil, and it’s topped with bone-strengthening mozzarella cheese. The Parmesan cheese and chicken create a protein-packed meal! It’s a super crispy and delicious Italian recipe.

Baked chicken parm:
– 8 chicken breasts
– 1/2 cup olive oil
Breading:
– 1 1/2 cups Panko bread crumbs
– 1 cup grated Parmesan
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon dried basil
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Toppings:
– Tomato sauce
– Shredded mozzarella cheese
– Parsley
– Basil leaves
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Slice chicken breast in half lengthwise, horizontally. Line 2 baking trays with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Mix ingredients for the breading. Individually dip each chicken slice in olive oil in a bowl. Then, coat with breadcrumb mixture. Place each chicken on the baking pans. Bake for 30 minutes. Spoon tomato sauce over each chicken and top with mozzarella cheese. Place back in the oven until cheese melts. Garnish with basil leaves and parsley.
