So excited to present my 3-LAYER CHOCOLATE PUMPKIN PROTEIN BARS 🍫🎃💪🏼 I love everything about these protein bars, with that magical pumpkin spice flavor in the middle, and that delightful chocolate layer on top. They’re perfect for a power snack or dessert! Recipe down below⬇️

3-Layer Chocolate Pumpkin Protein Bars:

Protein Bar Layer:
– 1/2 cup natural almond butter
– 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
– 3/4 cup chocolate whey protein powder
– 1/2 cup almond milk
– 1 cup almond flour
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon
– 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Pumpkin Layer:
– 20 pitted dates mashed
– 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
– 1/4 cup natural almond butter
– 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
Topping:
– Melted dark chocolate
– Roasted pumpkin seeds
Mix all the ingredients for the protein bar layer in a bowl. Press into an 8×8 square pan lined with parchment paper. Mix all the ingredients for the pumpkin layer and spread over the protein bar layer. Melt some dark chocolate and spread over the pumpkin layer. Add pumpkin seeds and freeze for an hour. Thaw for 5-10 minutes before serving. Keep frozen. Enjoy!!😋
