Summer really flew by… Tomorrow’s move-in day! So excited to start my Junior year of college!😊

I took a little break from packing to make these beautiful RASPBERRY BROWNIES 💗🍫 It’s a raspberry brownie bottom layer with a white chocolate raspberry fudge icing top layer. They taste sooo amazing and look beautiful, too😋😍 Recipe down below⬇️

Raspberry brownies:
– 3 tablespoons melted coconut oil
– 1/3 cup 100% cocoa powder
– 1/4 cup sugar
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 3/4 cup almond milk
– 2 tablespoons organic milled flax seeds
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
– 1/2 cup all purpose flour
– 1/4 cup chocolate chips
– 3/4 cup fresh raspberries
White chocolate raspberry fudge layer:
– about 1/2 cup melted white chocolate
– 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
– 1/4 cup raspberry pieces
– 1 teaspoon almond milk
– 1/4 cup powdered sugar
– Pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to 350 °F. Mix the brownie ingredients together. Pour the batter into an 8×8 baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 25 minutes. Once the brownie is done baking, allow to cool. Make the icing layer and pour over the brownie layer. Top with mini chocolate chips. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until the icing layer has set. Enjoy😋
