Super excited to share this awesome CILANTRO BEEF DUMPLING SOUP πŸ₯ŸπŸ² Everything is made from scratch, and I had so much fun making this delicious and nutritious meal that is sure to warm you up!! Swipe for the process and recipe down below⬇️

Cilantro Beef Dumpling Soup:

Dough (makes 30-35 2 inch circles):
– 1 egg
– 2/3 cup water
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 2 cups all-purpose flour (more for dusting)
Beef Filling:
– 1 lb. lean ground beef
– 3/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
– 1 teaspoon soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
– 1/4 cup chopped green onion
– 4 chopped garlic cloves
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 teaspoon corn starch
– 1 teaspoon ground ginger
– 1 teaspoon dried basil
Soup:
– 5 cups chicken stock
– 1 cup water
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon dried basil
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Mix together all the ingredients for the dough. Dust a clean countertop with flour and roll out the dough as thinly as possible with a rolling pin. Cut the dough into 2 inch circles using a cup. Reuse the scraps to cut more circles. Make the beef filling and scoop some onto the center of each dumpling wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper and pinch until sealed. Mix together all the ingredients for the soup in a large pot or pan on the stove. Cook on medium heat. Place all the dumplings in the soup and allow to simmer for about 15 minutes or until fully cooked. With about 5 minutes left of cooking, add your favorite veggies. Enjoy!!πŸ˜‹
