The classic flavor of strawberry banana never gets old. Add chocolate chips and it’s even better! Here’s my STRAWBERRY BANANA BAKED OATMEAL 🍓🍌 This is a very nutritious recipe that is also high in fiber. It’s quick and easy to make and can be eaten for breakfast or as a power snack.

Baked oatmeal:
– 2 1/2 cups regular or steel cut oats
– 2 cups milk
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 3 tablespoons maple syrup
– 2 tablespoons organic milled flax seeds
– 2 tablespoons chia seeds
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon
– 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Toppings:
– Strawberries
– Bananas
– Cinnamon sugar
– Mini chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix all oatmeal ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into an 8×8 square baking pan. Press sliced strawberries and bananas on top of the oatmeal in an alternating pattern. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and mini chocolate chips. Bake for 40 minutes. Eat warm or cold. Enjoy!
