This APPLE CINNAMON FRENCH TOAST CASSEROLE 🍎🍁🍂 is the perfect Fall breakfast. It’s loaded with sweet, delicious apples and cinnamon, raisins, dried cranberries, and topped with chopped pecans for a nice crunch. Apple Cinnamon French Toast Casserole:

– 8 cups diced sourdough bread
– 5 eggs beaten
– 1 cup almond milk
– 1 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 2 teaspoons cinnamon (more for topping)
– 1 1/2 cups diced apples
– 1/2 cup raisins
– 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Toppings:
– Maple syrup
– Chopped pecans
Preheat the oven to 375 °F. In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the casserole. Pour into a greased 9×13 baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle the top with some more cinnamon and bake for 40 minutes. Cut, scoop, and top with pecans, then drizzle with maple syrup!!😍
