This ROSEMARY CRANBERRY PUMPKIN CORNBREAD 🍇🎃🌽 is a delicious sweet/savory recipe that‘s full of Thanksgiving goodness in every bite!! It was a big hit in my household. The unique flavor of rosemary combined with the irresistible sweetness of dried cranberries, corn, and pumpkin definitely speaks fall!! Recipe down below⬇️

Rosemary Cranberry Pumpkin Cornbread:
– 1/4 cup pumpkin purée
– 3/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
– 1 cup almond milk
– 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
– 1/2 cup maple syrup
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1 cup yellow cornmeal
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 2 teaspoons baking soda
– 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
– 3/4 cup dried cranberries
– 3 teaspoons dried rosemary
– 1 3/4 cups yellow corn
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat the oven to 325 °F. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and pour into a greased 9×13 baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes. Enjoy!!
