Time for another delicious peach recipe!!These PEACH MANGO CRUMBLE BARS πŸ‘πŸ₯­πŸ₯₯ are such a beautiful, tasty, and healthy treat that’ll leave you wanting more!! The filling has no added sugar and the recipe is dairy free!! It’s such an amazing flavor combo! Recipe down below⬇️

Peach Mango Crumble Bars:

Crust:
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
– 2 tablespoons maple syrup
– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1 1/4 cups flour
– 2 teaspoons water
Filling:
– 1 cup diced mango
– 1 cup diced peach
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/4 cup water with 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Crumble:
– 1/2 cup oats
– 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2 tablespoons honey
Topping:
– shredded coconut
Preheat the oven to 325 Β°F. Mix the ingredients for the crust together and press into an 8×8 square baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes. For the filling, blend together the mango and peaches until purΓ©ed. Heat a pot on the stove on medium heat and mix together all of the filling ingredients. Allow to bubble and stir occasionally until thick. Allow to cool slightly and pour over the crust. Mix together the ingredients for the crumble and sprinkle the crumble over the filling. Top with shredded coconut and refrigerate for about an hour. Enjoy!!πŸ˜‹
