Today’s dinner is a very, very beautiful, tasty, and healthy recipe! These BARBECUE CHICKEN SKEWERS, served over salad, tomatoes, and honey roasted almonds πŸ₯—, pair so well with these homemade BARBECUE CINNAMON APPLE CHIPS🍎 I coated the uncooked chicken on skewers with barbecue sauce, onion and garlic powder, and dried basil, and I broiled them in the oven 6 inches away for 12 minutes. For the apple chips, I sliced the apples very thinly, sprinkled them with barbecue seasoning and cinnamon, and baked them at 200 degrees Β°F for 1 1/2 hours. So delicious!πŸ˜‹
