Very, very early start to the day for my last two weeks of clinical rotations! ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿฉบ๐Ÿ’‰ Time really flies when youโ€™re having fun!! If you need a really quick, delicious, and healthy breakfast for a busy Fall day, try these APPLE PIE OVERNIGHT OATS ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿฅง The night before, mix together oats, chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla Greek yogurt, maple syrup, diced apples, cinnamon and nutmeg. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning, add some more diced apples, walnuts, chia seeds, cinnamon, and drizzle some honey! Enjoy!!๐Ÿ˜‹
