Whenever I go to an Asian restaurant, one of my absolute favorite dishes to order is Pad Thai, so I decided to make some myself! This SHRIMP PAD THAI 🍤🍜 turned out sooo good! My rendition uses less oil and sodium, while still capturing its bold and delicious flavors! Recipe down below⬇️

Shrimp Pad Thai:
– Cooked 14 oz Thai rice noodles
– 2 lbs. of shrimp
– 1 teaspoon olive oil
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 4 garlic cloves minced
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 3/4 cup chopped green onion
– 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
– Juice of 1 lime
– 1/4 cup crushed peanuts
– 1 cup chopped cilantro
– 1 cup shredded carrots
– 1 cup bean sprouts
Garnish:
– Crushed peanuts
– Bean sprouts
– Cilantro
– Sesame seeds
– Lime wedges
Heat the olive oil in a large pan on medium heat. Sauté the green onion and garlic. Add the shrimp to the pan and cook evenly on each side. Add all seasoning and the rest of the ingredients. Allow to simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. When finished, garnish and enjoy!
