Who else absolutely loves banana bread?! Making banana bread has definitely become a regular in the Deschler household! This APRICOT CINNAMON RAISIN BANANA BREAD 🧑🍌 was a huge hit!! It’s pretty simple to make and tastes incredible! Recipe down below⬇️

Apricot Cinnamon Raisin Banana Bread:
Batter:
– 3 ripe mashed bananas
– 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek Yogurt
– 1/4 cup olive oil
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 2 tablespoons maple syrup
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon
– 2 teaspoons baking soda
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
– 3 cups all-purpose flour
– 3/4 cup chopped dried apricots
– 3/4 cup raisins
Topping:
– Dark brown sugar with cinnamon
Preheat the oven to 350Β°F. Mix together all the ingredients for the batter and scoop the batter into a bread pan lined with parchment paper. Spread evenly and sprinkle the top with cinnamon brown sugar. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for 20 more minutes. Enjoy!!πŸ˜‹
