Who else absolutely loves homemade granola?!!! I know I can never get enough of it!! This delicious CHUNKY MONKEY PROTEIN GRANOLA 🥜🍫🍌🙈 brings you that all-time favorite peanut butter, chocolate, and banana combo. The addition of walnuts makes it even more amazing, and I even made homemade banana chips!! It’s also a fantastic pre- or post-workout snack! Recipe down below⬇️

Chunky Monkey Protein Granola:
– 2 1/2 cups oats
– 1/2 cup chocolate whey protein powder
– 1 tablespoon chia seeds
– 2 ripe mashed bananas
– 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
– 1/8 teaspoon salt
– 1 cup chopped walnuts (plus more added in after baking)
– 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips and/or chunks
– 1/2 cup homemade banana chips
Preheat the oven to 325 °F. Mix all the ingredients together, except for the chocolate chips/chunks and banana chips. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and spread the granola onto the pan. On another pan lined with parchment paper, lay down thinly sliced bananas. Bake the granola for 40 minutes, flipping half way through. Bake the banana chips for 40 minutes or until dried but not burnt. Finally, mix together the granola, banana chips, and chocolate, and add in some more walnuts!! Enjoy!!😋
