Who else absolutely loves meatballs?!🤤It’s one of my favorite foods! Here’s my SPAGHETTI SQUASH WITH CILANTRO ROSEMARY MEATBALLS💛🍝 It’s such a delicious flavor combo, and this meal is loaded with healthy ingredients, too!! Loved every bite! Recipe down below⬇️

Spaghetti Squash with Cilantro Rosemary Meatballs:
Spaghetti Squash:
– Salt
– Black pepper
– Garlic powder
– Onion powder
– Dried basil
– 1 lb. lean ground beef
– 1 egg
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
– 1/4 cup diced yellow onion
– 3 large garlic cloves diced
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
– 1/2 cup chopped cilantro leaves
– 1 tablespoon ketchup
– 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
Preheat the oven to 400 °F. Cut off the ends of a spaghetti squash and slice in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds and pierce the skin with a fork a few times. Line a baking pan with aluminum foil. Grease the aluminum and the squash. Place the squash halves flesh side down on the pan. Bake for 40 minutes. Take the flesh of the squash with a fork and add seasoning. Mix together all the ingredients for the meatballs in a bowl and form into 1 1/2 inch balls. Heat some oil in a pan on the stove and allow the meatballs to cook on medium heat. Roll the meatballs on each side until evenly cooked. Add your favorite tomato sauce to the pan and allow the sauce and meatballs to simmer for 5 minutes. Serve the meatballs over the spaghetti squash and garnish with fresh cilantro leaves. Enjoy!!😋
